IT Project Management Executive

Job Description
|
- Support and interact with the business team in pro actively identifying and defining areas of improvement and list the requirements to improve business processes with the help of IT applications.
- Lead and facilitate meetings to gather requirements of products and business process for projects, optimization and support.
- Liaison between developer team and end users in IT projects and assists along the software development life cycle and complete the project within the timeline.
- To plan and coordinate and/ or conduct User Acceptance Test UAT.
- To provide daily technical support on matters related to hardware, software and network.
- To maintain current and accurate inventory of technology hardware, software, and resources.
- Any other tasks, projects or ad-hoc duties that may be assigned to you from time to time by the management.

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
- Required language: English, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia

|

Job Description Responsibilities:
|
- To provide and assist on technical support for end-users; involve software and hardware.
- To carry out or implement the installation of the desktop or laptop.
- Assist on the daily tasks of system support.
- Organize and maintain IT resources.
- Perform any ad-hoc assignments given by the superior.
- Help develop and implement IT security measures to protect company data and systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams on special projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and implementations.
- Assist in documenting IT procedures, policies, and troubleshooting guides.
- Participate in meetings and training sessions to expand knowledge of IT technologies and practices.

Job Summary:
|
- To carry out ongoing monitoring the daily sales and to evaluate suspicious transactions report (STR) lodged by other units, establish watchlist, collate intelligence and grounds for suspicion for escalation to Head of Compliance.
- To monitor and review CDD and EDD information and provide feedback and follow up on remedial measures.
- To periodically review and update blacklist/PEPs/sanctions lists.
- To provide training to new teller and branch compliance officer.
- To prepare and provide ongoing staff training to frontliners and branch compliance officer, to enhance the knowledge of AMLCFT to the staff.
- To assist the Head of Compliance to review the system flows and procedures to ensure that comply with BNM guidelines and provide feedback on room of improvement.
- To provide feedback on the review and update internal rules, policies and guidelines to meet best practice and industry standards.
- To provide feedback on development and enhancement of existing compliance systems and procedures to the Head of Compliance.
- To assist other divisions in the Company and its related companies for the establishment, development and improvement of new and existing products, services, business and risk management.
- Any other tasks, projects or duties that may be assigned from time to time by Head of Compliance, the Compliance Manager, team lead or the Company’s management.

- Experience in remittance or currency exchange businesses is highly preferred.
- Experience working with regulators like Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) is often required due to the regulatory oversight of MSBs.
